All Services provided by Eccetra Career Counseling Pvt. Ltd. through the Platform — including but not limited to psychometric assessments, AI-assisted career analysis, career counseling sessions, reports, mentoring, and academic guidance — are provided for informational and general guidance purposes only.

The Services are designed as a bonafide aid to support informed career decision-making. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any career decision, academic selection, institutional admission, or life choice.

Career outcomes depend on a wide range of variables including, but not limited to, educational qualifications, aptitude, institutional requirements, market conditions, personal circumstances, and individual effort. Eccetra does not warrant or guarantee any specific career outcome, admission result, or academic achievement as a result of using its Services.

Psychometric and aptitude assessments delivered through the Platform are tools derived from established research methodologies. However:

• Assessment results are indicative only and subject to the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the User.
• Results reflect tendencies and inclinations, not deterministic predictions of career success or failure.
• Results should be reviewed in conjunction with other relevant factors such as academic performance, institutional requirements, economic conditions, and personal circumstances.
• Eccetra is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of assessment results, and explicitly advises against treating any assessment report as a final or binding determination of career suitability.

Certain features of the Platform employ artificial intelligence tools, including third-party APIs and proprietary in-house AI modules. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated analyses, recommendations, and content are algorithmic in nature and may not reflect the full complexity of an individual's circumstances.
• AI outputs are subject to periodic quality review and monitoring by Eccetra to maintain appropriate standards; however, individual outputs are not manually reviewed prior to delivery and may contain errors, omissions, or outputs that do not apply to your specific situation.
• Eccetra does not represent that AI-generated outputs are error-free, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• AI outputs do not constitute professional career counseling and must not be treated as such.

Eccetra facilitates access to career counselors and mentors through the Platform. The advice and guidance provided by such professionals is:

• Strictly limited to the scope of the Service session booked by the User.
• Based on the information provided by the User and the results of assessments undertaken.
• Not intended to substitute for comprehensive academic advising, therapy, legal advice, or any other licensed professional service.

Eccetra is not responsible for any acts, omissions, advice, or representations made by counselors or mentors beyond the scope of the booked Services, or for any direct or indirect consequences arising therefrom.

Eccetra endeavors to maintain accurate, current, and complete content on the Platform. However:

• We do not warrant that the Platform, its content, or any information, assessment, or report generated through it is free from errors, defects, inaccuracies, or omissions.
• Information about educational institutions, career pathways, admission requirements, market conditions, and industry trends is subject to change without notice and may not reflect the most current state of affairs.
• Eccetra does not verify the accuracy of third-party information that may be referenced or linked through the Platform.

The Platform may display advertisements from third parties or contain links to third-party websites. Eccetra does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of such third parties. Any transactions or interactions between you and third-party advertisers or websites are solely between you and those parties.

Eccetra does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, upgrades, server issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or other events beyond Eccetra's reasonable control. Eccetra shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such unavailability.

For Minor Users (aged 10 to 17 years), this Disclaimer applies equally, and parents or guardians who have consented to the Minor User's use of the Platform are deemed to have read and accepted this Disclaimer on behalf of the Minor User.

Career guidance provided to Minor Users is age-appropriate and exploratory in nature. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to participate in reviewing and discussing assessments and recommendations with the Minor User. No assessment result or recommendation provided for a Minor User should be treated as a fixed or deterministic assessment of the child's capabilities or potential.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eccetra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Reliance on any assessment result, AI-generated output, counselor recommendation, or Platform content
• Any career decision, academic choice, or admission application made on the basis of Services provided
• Any error, omission, inaccuracy, or outdated information in any report, recommendation, or Platform content
• Any interruption in or unavailability of the Platform or its Services
• Any act or omission of a third party, including payment processors, AI API providers, cloud infrastructure providers, or counselors

This limitation applies regardless of whether Eccetra was advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or continuous availability.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of this Disclaimer shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism and jurisdiction provisions set out in the Terms and Conditions.
